Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. We take great care in packaging your vintage items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery Times
- Standard Local Delivery: 2-3 business days.
- Express Delivery: Next business day (available for select areas).
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your vintage pieces! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all Ranny's Vintage tags still attached.
Exchanges
We offer store credit or direct exchanges for items of the same value. Because our vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer a different size of the exact same item.
Non-Returnable Items: Intimates, swimwear, and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Process a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at rannysvintageclothing@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
